Airlines Using Gatwick South Terminal
Gatwick South Terminal is the base for British Airways, and since 26 March 2026 for Jet2 as well. Most flights here are short-haul European. The main carriers using South Terminal include:
- British Airways (all its Gatwick flights)
- Jet2 (European holiday routes, since 26 March 2026)
- easyJet (flight numbers 6300 to 6599)
- Wizz Air (Central and Eastern Europe)
- Vueling (Spain and wider Europe)
- Ryanair (European routes)
- Air Arabia (Middle East)
British Airways flies its whole Gatwick programme from South Terminal, though most BA routes still leave from Heathrow. Jet2 began at South Terminal on 26 March 2026 with holiday routes to Spain, Greece and beyond. easyJet mainly uses North Terminal, but its 6300 to 6599 flights depart from South.
Terminals can change without much notice. Look at your boarding pass the day before you fly, or check the Gatwick official terminal map if you are unsure.
Share your airline and flight number when you book, and we send the driver to South Terminal for you.
From South Terminal to North Terminal
If you need to reach North Terminal, a free shuttle connects the two terminals in about 2 to 3 minutes. It runs around the clock, arriving every few minutes.
The terminals sit roughly 1 mile apart, with a working runway in between, so you cannot walk across. From South Terminal arrivals, follow the shuttle signs on the lower level.
If your terminal switches after booking, let us know before travel day. We move the pickup at no added cost. The driver can still relocate on the day, as long as you tell us in good time.
Heading to North Terminal instead? Our Gatwick North Terminal pickup guide covers drop-off, airlines and collection at that terminal.
